Is that Charlie?!?!?! :eek: Charlie's face has REALLY brightened up over the past few months. I think she's really a boy........considering the fact that he/she didn't have a bright face as a baby, and now that its brightening up, and Charlie's a normal grey cockatiel. That is a total sign of a male. :p
