My cat lives outside at my grandparents. She is used to going inside. She has to stay in the garage b/call the other cats do not like her and their cattledog, Buck, scares her b/c he likes to play rough. My grandma won't let her in the house so we might have to give her away http://PetoftheDay.com/talk/frown.gif. Do you have any suggestions?

Sounds like a very difficult situation and even dangerous for kitty. Other cats have a way of ostracizing cats they like to pick on and who knows what the problem with the dog might lead to. You are probably wise to find her a good home where she can have the love and attention and protection she needs before you lose her in a tragic way.
