Try Good-Tutorials (http://www.good-tutorials.com) they have tons of new tutorials each day. I find it pretty helpful ;)

I have one on my personal site, here (http://aj.tainted-sky.net). Go to Content (on the right) and then tutorials. There's only one right now cause I'm lazy..LOL. I'll probably add more later though.

Is there anything specific you want to know?

Um....well I want to learn alot of stuff lol, but the main thing right now is basic signature stuff...starting with cropping MAJOR out of the picture...so there's no backround. Thanks for the places, I'll check them out.

You're so lucky to have Adobe. It's so expensive. But, I downloaded that lastest version for 30 day trial and I was so clueless that I got nothing done anyway. PSP is so easy to use but it's functions are limited.

Yeah, thanks to you and someone else, Miss Meow added them together and I thought that was so funny! So, that's what I'm eventually going to do to the windshield if I ever have money again. I haven't forgotten about you. This Friday is payday and I'll be including extra for the wait. I would love Adobe!!!

I use photoshop 7 too, and even though the tutorial is for 6 it's pretty much the same for the basics. I hope they help atleast some what :)

Haha yeah! It is helping. My picture looks crappy, but I at least know sort of what I'm doing haha. And I'm sure (ok, I HOPE) I'll get better:)

"Adobe Classroom in a Book" is a great resource if you want to learn Photoshop. You can buy the latest copy (or for whatever version of Photoshop you have) at your local bookstore or techie store! This is where I started with Photoshop, and I use it professionally.

Good luck and have fun! :D

MariaM, I finally wrote up the cropping tutorial. It's the quickest way to crop (that I know anyways).

http://aj.tainted-sky.net (Go to "Content" on the right, "tutorials" and then "Cropping - Quick Mask".
