I found out my aunt's wonderful dog Oscar, died a couple weeks ago. He wasn't feeling well, but still, I don't think they expected it. My uncle took him for a walk and when they got back, he had to carry him up the steps because he couldn't walk up. Then he couldn't walk at all. He had cancer in his leg and it was eating away at his bone. They put him to sleep, and got him creamted. He was the best dog, a german shepherd/husky cross. I'll scan a picture as soon as the scanner gets fixed.

I love and miss you Oscar, and always, always will.

It's always sad to lose your best friend but when it's unexpected, it makes it harder. Oscar sounds like a beautiful dog. Enjoy being pain free now, Oscar. I've got lots of pets to keep you company.

So sorry for your great loss. Oscar is painfree and running at RB. Join dear Gaylord (my first foster GSD, who died of osteosarcoma) and race like the wind again!!!! Hugs.

I'm so, so sorry Maria:( Please, express my sincere condolences to your uncle and family. They were so blessed to have had Oscar in their lives these many years. My Cody is a Husky/Shep cross too, and I know what a special pupper Oscar must have been. Run healthy and happy once more, beautiful Oscar. Until you are reunited with your family, you will be so greatly missed. Love, Sandra
