Hi,

Google doesn't seem to be working right now & I need
to research some stuff. Anyone know of any other search
engines to use ?

I used to know a bunch, but can't think of any at the moment.

I found this on my mozilla firefox plug in page for search
engines: Unfortuantely the click on the links doesn't work
when I cut and pasted to pet talk, but you can
probably go to the home page and do a search.
I think their is also one that is called Jeeves?

CNN posted this article today...

CNN: Search engines sputter... (http://money.cnn.com/2004/07/26/technology/google_site/index.htm?cnn=yes)

One theory raised was that an Internet  virus or attack had
caused the problem.

No "confirmation" of a problem by http://www.Google.com ~
they were "looking into the matter..."
