Pet Swapping

Have two dauchshunds. My wife and I live in Los Angeles and don't really know anyone. We moved recently from Florida. We are looking for someone with dogs who would take care of our hounds when we go on vacation and we in return would watch their dog or dogs when they go on a trip. Does anyone know of a newsletter or internet site where arrangements of this type can be done. We've put our pets in the kennel, but we don't like it and would rather be able to work out an arrangement with someone along the aforementioned. Anyone have any ideas?
