I took MooShoo to PetSmart to get cat food yesterday. He LOVED it!! People were all over him, petting him, telling him how adorable he is, asking questions. I couldn't get outta there without someone stopping me (I don't mind, really). What he really likes to do is have me put him in the car and drive around while he sleeps!!!!

Now, actually every DAY, he bugs me to go out! Usually I'll take him out in the backyard and let him walk around. All he does is sniff the air and meow alot. (The dirtbag neighbor does not DARE even stick his stinking nose out the door now!!) I'll sit on the grass the let him wander around, then bring him in.

Have I created a monster??? I really don't have fleas or ticks to worry about (for OBVIOUS reasons). But Geeeeeeezzz!!!! He is such a kvetch!! He scratches my arm and meows at me, he'll go in the other room and yowl!!

*sigh* I think I've created a monster!!!

They never forget something that they enjoy and you know he is forever going to drive you crazy to go out! Maybe when winter comes he won't like that idea anymore!http://petoftheday.com/talk/images/our_smilies/wink.gif
It sounds to me like he is quit a little ham!! Showing off for all the Petsmart customers, huh? I f I had been a customer I wouldn't have been able to keep my hands off of him either!!

What a cutie, I think, it's hard to remember really. How long has it been since we have seen pictures of Moo, or any of your cats for that matter. HMMM, come to think of it, I don't remember what Moo looks like! OH NO!!! You must help me out Donna.....I need PICTURES!!!!  http://petoftheday.com/talk/images/our_smilies/eek.gif

What did you think about that approach guys?

We MUST have pictures of MOO - it is URGENT. People at PetSmart get to see and pet him but WE, his PT FAMILY are *deprived*. It isn't fair. I think this calls for an all out WHINE!!!
Donna! I am going to turn blue http://img56.photobucket.com/albums/v170/sirrahbed/sad-smiley-041.gif and boohoo to death if I don't see Moo!!

WAAA!!!! http://img56.photobucket.com/albums/v170/sirrahbed/sad-smiley-046.gif please show us Moo pictures!!!
WAAAA!!!Gotta have Moo!!! It has been forever!! http://img56.photobucket.com/albums/v170/sirrahbed/sad-smiley-043.gif

Yeah - I can tell in your tone that you're really bothered by this...NOT.
I bet you think it's cute!! I know that no matter how much kvetching Mishka does - I just think he's the bees knees!!!

By the way what does MooShoo look like? (he he)

:D I was in Petco last night. I LOVE it when owners bring their pets in to help them shop. They always look SO happy! Like a kid in a candy store .... or a cat in a pet store! :D

Now I'm going to start MOOING for MooShoo pics! :D :p

I saw a lady at PetSmart once with a tabby sitting on her shoulder - they were standing by the giant cage with birds.
Ohh you should have seen that kitty....he was so excited - ack ack acking away!!!

I agree we need Moo pics!!
I have no advice for the indoor/outdoor monster thing. The times Kylie has escaped when she gets near the door I sprayed her with a squirt bottle but I don't think you want to do that.
If you have no idea what to do, then I certainly wouldn't either b/c I look at You being the kitty expert!!! ;)

Abycat Alice walks her black-and-white tabby Tess every evening even when there's snow on the ground. She uses a retractible leash and a harness. Alice says she doesn't get much exercise but Tess loves it. I like the fact that Moo is so confident he enjoys being out in public.

Okay, okay, stop whining. I found the little kvetch sleeping on a pillow HE seems to think belongs to him. I woke his royal highnass up. He was NOT pleased.

Oh, and the day I took him to PetSmart, I even took him to Dairy Queen!!! I bought him a small vanilla cone. He took one look at it and stuck his nose in the air!!! Humpf!!!!

I woke him up for this one. I think he was awake for all of 2 seconds. Hard life this dude leads.

Moo pictures and I didn't even have to whine about it.

Look at that adorable belly. So is he totally hairless? I'm not really up on his breed. What does it feel like to pet him, I bet he's silky feeling. He looks it in the picture.

WAAA! I want to pet Moo!!
:D Hey, I got to whine after all!

Oh gosh he is just such a handsome fella.
MooShoo I would love to come over and pet your belly if you'd like sweetie.
Sorry Donna, I have no advice on what you should do either when
he bugs you to go out.
When Mooky starts his meowing to go out on the gallery, he gets the squirt bottle and then i'm happy because he doesn't meow anymore after that. MIND YOU, he isn't happy, but I am.:D

Jazzcat,

Actually Moo has fuzz on his ears and nose. Other than that...BUCK NAKED!!! Every once in a while he'll grow this tiny little curly whisker that eventually falls out.

He feels like a warm suede hot water bottle. It's nice in the winter. But summertime can be very uncomfortable.

I love kissing him. He actually feels like a peach. If you rub your hand on his back, you can feel a little bit of fuzz that's not seen by the naked eye.

In the pictures his skin looks kind of silky looking so I thought maybe it felt that way but I can imagine suede describes it better. How neat!!!

He feels like a peach - awww!!!! Now I really want to pet him! No wonder he's such a hit at PetsMart, he's adorable and he feels so neat and wonderful.
