We are going to raise a CCI puppy!!!!!!!!!

OMG, this is soooooo exciting!!!! I can't believe it!:D :eek: :eek: My family is going to raise a Golden retriever puppy for Canine Companins for Independence! But the only sad part is, we have to give the puppy up at 18 months of age, to go on to professional training.:( We are just doing the socializing part. We get ti take him/her EVERYWHERE we go!

Well, we are waiting for our application in the mail. So, we might not get the puppy for about 6-8 weeks. It's a long, but exciting wait. Yes, I will post pictures as soon as I get him/her! Thanks guys!:)

That is just too cool! :) I don't think I could do it, only because they'd have to pull the pup from my cold, dead hands at 18 months when they wanted him back! LoL

Oh Sarah!!! I'm so happy and excited for you! I know the pup will be in great hands, there with you and your family! BTW, did you ask Sadie May's opinon on this???:D;) You'll have to keep us updated, every step of the way!:)
