This morning I was in General (for example) reading the titles and deciding which thread to open, I moved my cursor over the Replies column and noticed the number was underlined. I left clicked and up popped "PetTalk Who Posted". Also works in view new posts.

How long has that been there?:)

Joan, thank you for bringing that to our attention. I hadn't noticed it either. I wonder how many other things I have missed. :o

*I* never noticed THAT before! :o

Gud Grief!
That's Sooooo NEAT!!

And there's TWO choices of How to CLOSE the lil pop-up window...

1) If you *click* the "X" in the upper right corner of
the pop-up window...
the window just "goes away" and you stay on the Index Page
you were looking at...

2) OR - you can *click* on the active link at the BOTTOM of
the pop-up window "[show thread & close window]" ...
and you're taken TO THE (first page) of THE THREAD to read the thread!

3) AND - you can *click* on any of the User Names - and be
taken to that user's PROFILE.

SOMEBODY shudda pointed this Feature out a Long Tyme Ago!!

(Can't believe *I* didn't discover this myself!) :o

THANKS, Joan!! :D

Or left click anywhere outside the popup window and it will close.

Also, if it's a busy thread with lots of replies, sorting is by number.

Joan, I thought you of all would have known this. ;) I'm sure it's been there for at least 2 years. I use it when I can't remember whether I've replied to a thread.

Hmmm. It doesn't close when I left or right click outside of the pop up window.

I wish the user names were alphabetical.

Neat feature! I never noticed it either...I have to commend Karen and Paul for setting up a very efficient website! I like playing Big Brother and seeing who's online. If there's a lot of people looking at one thread (like this one) I usually click on it. Otherwise I think I'd be in cat general etc. forever and miss a lot of different topics!

I guess I never realized you could click on the replies feature, but that is why it is underlined, right? Duh! Thanks for mentioning this, Joan. Please feel free to bring up any other features you run across and like.

I've always liked the search feature to see where some of the people I know the best have posted, but it seems my more loquacious friends have gone far beyond what *search* can handle.
