How pretty! That's a very nice gift from a very nice person!

I'm anxious to hear how it went at the shelter today with Princess - maybe Laura is still busy there.

Phew, you were right, it was a busy day there and then I had to do some things on the shelters web sight when I got home too. The lady that tends to their web sight wants me to do the pictures and posting now when I am home... tomorrow we do the dogs..

No calls on Princess but I did find out she came almost from my front yard so I came home, made and printed out posters and swamped the neighborhood with them. (I am thinking of putting flyers in mailboxes, is that legal?) At the shelter, they hold out little hope for anone looking for her. Of ALL the lost animals they have had there, only a few ever made it back home..

Kim, I am ashamed to admit, I have been so busy that I had totally forgot I mailed you that and you would be recieving it about now....OPPS!

You are such a special person that I wanted to do more to show you that somebody, somewhere, apperciates you for what you do. What you have done with Tabitha has touched so many of us that I am sure everyone wants to hug you but since we can not...
wear those pins as your PT hugs!! Is that a deal or what?

I have my routine at the shelter down now and I can clean the cat hut in 2 hours now so I can get a lot more done in other areas. Lucky's Mom came again today and she did computer work all day that was WAY behind and she is great at that kind of stuff. There is just so much to do and not enough time or people to do it all but I will tell you this... I will be in GOOD shape when I go back to work and not be aching all over from sitting around, not doing nothing for 28 days!!

Wait till you see what all you can do in that program, I am sure you will love it... I play in it ALL the time and have already got my monies worth out of it. Thanks for letting me know you got it and THANKS for posting Tabitha's sweet little face for me.. LOVE THAT BABY!

No I don't think it is legal but you can put them in newspaper boxes. Also around here people stick rolled up flyers under the red flags on the outside of mailboxes.

Good luck!!

Mailboxes are a no-no but folks here often put flyers right inside the front door sticking partway out or roll them up and put them in the door handle on the outside door:D

I knew my PT buddies would know rather I could do the mail box thing or not... Thanks for your quick responses gang!

Acually, even putting flyers under mailbox flags is illegal. For church publicity events, we have gone to using doorknob hangers. Putting flyers on doors works well, too. I hope everything goes well.
