Question for RubyMutt

I've always loved Ruby because of her very unique coloring. I was browsing around and saw a picture of an orange spotted dalmation and I noticed that the marking looked similar to Ruby, except that Ruby has a lot more spots. So I was wondering what kind of mix Ruby was. I'm attatching the photo of the orange dalmation.

Thanks again for mentioning it for me :D I Googled "Orange Spotted Dalmatian" (now that I'm back on my own computer and can use the 'net again :o) and am finding some interesting stuff. There's really not a lot of info about them out there though :(

For those of you who don't know, Ruby's an Australian Cattle Dog mix, but I don't know mixed with what. They told us when we adopted her that she may have some Basenji, but that was just a guess of theirs. I've always been a little skeptical of that. However, my mom has always said she looked like she had some Dalmatian :D She does resemble these guys A LOT. She just has those cute Greyhound-looking ears :)
