My poor old man Tinkerbell has been having problems lately going in the wrong places. He went under my hubby's desk earlier this week, and he's been missing the litter box.

He's 17 years old. Is there anything I can do to help him?

Are you sure that it's old age?? I would take him to the vet just to confirm that it's not a UTI. If it is, then it's treatable by medication. Being a "senior" kitty he may be a bit slower to respond to meds (at least my "senior" kitty is) but eventually he'll get better.

Yes, get him to the vet asap!

I agree with a vet trip. Tubby never had UTI in his life until he was almost 17, so don't think that just because he's old and never had one it can't happen to him.

Good luck and let us know what you find out. :)
