My cat Koko doesn't use the kitty litter, he goes outside. It's nice because we didn't have to clean a cat litter. But now that we have Marley, and she isn't allowed outside yet, we have to clean it.
My question is, when Marley is old enough to go outside, will she somehow "learn" from Koko not to use the kitty litter? Because I liked it when there was no litter. :p

Depends upon how old Marley is and how willing Koko is to have a tag along. Most of the time Ive noticed that young cats will simply learn by observing but sometimes they like to do the exact OPOSITE of the older cats just to be a pain lol. *my dads cats did this, the older cat would do something and about a week later the younger cat would do the oposite, quite annoying* Keep litterboxes around and observe how much Koko and Marley are hangging around together. Chances are if you see Marley emulating some of Kokos other behaviors, the potty thing will follow naturally.

Hope that helped!
