Well, I got the url to this forum from Kirsten and thought I'd check it out and say hello to everybody here :)

I got 3 cats: Beans (1 y.o. - house cat),
Bladie (12 weeks old - house cat/Persian)and the newest addition Jade I got today (She is approx. 6-8 weeks old and was found left on the highway the other day :mad: )

Oh yeah Kirsten...she is doing fine, and like you heard over the phone she purrs and purrs, lol, but she is sleeping right now!

Bladie is still a little offended. She can't believe there's a kitty in the house that's even more of a baby than she is :D

I have two cats, Mimi and Butter. There is never a dull moment in this house, as we also have two Golden Retrievers.

Thank you so much for taking in Jade. :) I will never understand how people can just "throw away" little defenseless animals, but I'm glad there are so many folks like you out there who will take them in.

A hearty WELCOME, Viking! Beans resembles my newest addition, but Debra has more black here and there . . . a bit more cow-like with her pattern. All her paw pads are black, even on the feet that have no black. :confused: Maybe it is a carry-over because her upper legs do have black markings.

Does Bladie have light tabby markings, or a solid gray coloring?

All of these absolutely a-DOR-able pix have made me smile so much this evening . . . we are all blessed to have (and TRULY appreciate!!) these wonderful creatures who enrich our lives . . . :) :) :)

AvaJoy, Bladie is a bluetortie. She is actually half Persian, but it doesn't really show, lol. She was the only one in the litter that came out "just" woollen - her brother Shantie looks exactly like a Persian.

Beans's pads are also all black...so sweet
