I had been debating on getting the cartlidge in my right ear pierced for over 6 months. I was going to do it while in CT, but decided against it. Well today I grew brass ones (if you know what I mean ;) ) I went to the mall, got a fake diamond stud and BANG. It was in, and it doesn't hurt either!!

Here's what it looks like.

Hey, I just had that done a few months ago. Just be sure to use Neosporin plus at least twice a day and remember to turn the earring. Mine is fine now. Takes about a year to get completely well, though. I love mine! I just switched out the piercing earring.

I got one a couple years ago, Donna. Seem like it took it awhile to get well. It hurt to sleep on it, though. Sometimes I wear earring there and sometimes I don't. My granddaughter was getting her ears pierced and she talked me into having it done. I really do like mine though!:)

LOL.. I feel so lame, I have no piercings, yet women twice my age (Triple my age? .... No offense, promise!) have more than one.

It looks great Donna!:p

I have two cartilage piercing. One right next to the other. I never take the earrings out except to change them. The first one I got as a sophomore in high school, so about 7 years ago. The other I got about 3 years ago. Both of mine healed fast and they never hurt. Yours looks great! :)

Call me chicken...I can't bring myself to pierce cartilage. I do like the look, but can almost feel the discomfort. Someone I know has her cartilage pierced all the way up her ear, and the little doo-hickey thing in the front of her ear. Don't ask me what it's called, but we all have them.
