I was watching Queer Eye for the Straight Guy this week and the couch in this apartment had been completely shredded by the kitties. The designer who was going to redo all the furniture said they needed to do something so the cats won't tear up the new furnishings. He said declawing is not an answer because that is just cruel to the cats, and he showed the guy how he had fitted them with soft paws. Good for Tom the decorator guy! :D

Aww! Good on 'em!

I got a new loveseat yesterday - a new LEATHER loveseat. I bought it from a friend who has 4 or 5 cats so it's been fully cat-approved and broken in. My two LOVE it (and so do I!) We'll see how long it takes the M's to start scratching on it :rolleyes: :D
