Ha Ha! Okay we have a big cat that has tons of hair so I took her outside to brush her yesterday. I found a bunch of knots deep down in her fur, so I decided I needed to cut them out. Well I cut one out and she had a big bald looking spot so I tried to even it up a little on the other side, but then I thought that maybe I just just give her a little trim! LOL!! BIG MISTAKE!! Lets just say she looks like a lamb who was shaved by a blind man!! She looks all shaggy and she has some spots that are waaaay shorter than others. She looks soooo funny! Just had to share! I'd post a pic, but I think I'll at least save her that embarrassment!! lol :cool:

Aww, a new kitty fur-do, freshly shorn and clipped for summer. :D I know mats can be so difficult to deal with. I bought a really terrific mat-breaker tool at Petco; my cats hate seeing it come out, but their "fur-do's" remainly relatively unscathed, just very gently dematted and untangled. It's the best thing I've bought for them.

Oh, and I agree with the others, we NEED a picture! :p
