The other day I applied online for a job at Geico. This evening I was checking my messages and they said that they looked over my resume and want to do a phone interview with me! So tomorrow as soon as I wake up I'll be calling them. I really hope I get this job, the pay is great and so are the benefits. I would be getting almost twice as much money as I'm living off right now. I'd be able to afford to move out of this shoebox apartment. So please wish me luck!

Wonderful news Laura - I'll be sending those positive vibes across to you tomorrow morning and keeping fingers crossed too - Ketchum has just informed me it's OK he's going to cross his paws (oh good grief!:D ).

When we were over in America in April I saw their advert and fell off the bed laughing - I just adored that gecko - maybe one of the benefits is having a gecko of your own eh?!:D

I'm one step closer to meeting the Gecko! They want me to go in on Wed the 23rd for two tests one is on basic computer skills and the other will be reading comprehension. If I pass those then I go on to another interview that same day. So hopefully it all goes well!
