As most of you know, my girl, Sara, passed away last month. :( I've really been missing her presense, and just having a cat in general.

Well, my grandma's cat just had two kittens, and I will be getting one at the end of July. They are flame points, and will probably be longhaired. Both are males. My friend, Morgan, will probably be taking the other kitten. It will be nice because that way we can compare them as they develop. :)

I have been contemplating some names for a while. I won't be able to name him before I get him; I need to have a "feel" for him to name him. But I'd just like some opinions on the names I've narrowed down so far.

I might not be able to check into PT until Monday, so I apologize if I do not reply until then. :)

I voted for Giddian. But, I like the Bible spelling better which is "Gideon".:)

I like the name Isaac. I think it will fit him.

I don't know why exactly but Isaac jumped out at me.

I knew a little boy named Gideon and he was a total brat so I have a hang up with that name.

I like Aden and Giddian:)

Do you know what breed he is? When you said flamepoint longhair, I had a feeling he was a Himmy:p

I like Aidan -- It is gaelic for "The little fiery one".

I like Isaac. It just "popped" out at. Having not seen the little guy, it's hard to say.

Great names you've picked out.

I voted for Aden, I've always loved that name...my second choice would be Giddian.

I vote for Gem , as that was the name of the Late Stray Cat , that had to be put down, last year! He was a Little Gem, and this Kitten sounds like a Gem, too!

I'm not too sure yet lol. I didn't manage to get all of the details from my grandma, but it's possible tht he could have himmy in him..I know his mother is not himilayan, but the father might be because she did mention his being a flamepoint. I'll ask her when she comes to Kelowna at the end of the month. :)
