Yikes! I gave bad info for this weekend's Cat Show

Mea Culpa to those I told to meet us at the Fairground Sunday.

Good Info:
5 - 6 June, San Jose -- 180 Park Ave., San Jose CA; The Intl Cat Assoc (TICA)

This month's cat show is actually downtown San Jose, not at the Fairground. (I mixed it up with another cat show later this year.) :o 180 Park Ave. is either the San Jose Convention Center, or the hall across the street from it. (My memory is getting awfully shakey these days...)

Hope this isn't too confusing.

KAK and I are car-pooling. Most of the parking near the Convention Center is a bit pricey.

Ack! I'm on vacation so haven't been paying attention. What day are we meeting? I have it down for Sunday.

Yes, Sunday. I have a family commitment Saturday and Wolflady works Saturdays, but I'm not positive she can make it this time.

I'll be there. Yes, it's this Sunday in San Jose and I think it's at the Parkside Hall. This is the same venue where I ended up adopting Sky last year.:) I was able to find free parking but I'm not sure of the name of the cross street. I think it was called Pasea de San Antonio because I still have the yahoo map from last year and I wrote down wear I was parked. I parked by Hawg's Seafood Bar near Quizno's.

AmberLee and I will be there sometime between 10-11pm. I've pm'd and e-mailed Wolflady about it and I called her and left a message but I haven't heard from her yet.

I guess we should meet near wherever we have to pay? As I've never been there I don't know what the set-up is. Just like we did last time, let's keep in touch by phone. I'll PM you my ##s again. Closer to 11:00 a.m. would be better for me as I'm on vacation and trying not to get up too early :p

Okay, we'll meet 11ish inside the door to the show. I'll try to 1) remember my camera and 2) remember to use it this time. :rolleyes: (It's tough to loose your mind, I don't recommend it. ;))

How about the cat show in Baltimore, Md. This weekend. It is a one day show only and that will be Saturday. I am showing Moses. He will be up against the youngsters all under or just over 1 year old. Moses will be 4 yrs and 10 months. Here is Moses's picture. He will be going after Grand Premier points.

Well, we are all bathed and dry and groomed and look wonderful. I also bathed Missy Miss and Catie because they are going and have their picture taken at the show. 3 long haired cats bathed in one day and dryed and fluffed I am beat. Now I have to get curtains, brushes, combs, sprays, all the stuff to make sure they stay well groomed ready and then have to be up at 5:30 am to bath and groom me. Then pack the CRV and hit the road by 7:00 a.m. to be there for set up and ring ready by 8:30. I must be crazy! Well have to check of stuff off of my list to take. See everyone tomorrow night or Sunday and will let you know how it went.
