I need a movie resizer for Win 98!!

My camera takes excellent movies, but every few seconds takes up about a MB. I know that Windows Movie Maker is the easiest way to do it, but I can't download or run that because I'm stuck in the stone ages with windows 98. Any ideas? I just want to be able to change the file size....

*sigh* ok, looks like I'm going to have to spend my first paycheck from my new job (yay!) on upgrading to Win XP. Is it complicated? I have a healthy bit of computer knowledge thanks to my Dad, so it shouldn't be a problem, but I'm just curious! It only costs $98 for the upgrade package to XP Home edition, and we don't pay tax here at the BX, so it's not too bad:) By the way, my paycheck is deposited this coming Friday, so I might go buy Windows XP friday afternoon!!
