All you stargazers: Venus Crosses the Sun June 8

On June 8, Venus will cross in front of the Sun for the first time since 1882, and backyard skywatchers can see the spectacle. The best view will be from Europe, but parts of America and most of Asia and Africa can witness the historic passage, weather permitting.

Anybody know what this means in terms of horoscope type things? Just curious because I've got somebody giving me a hard time about the Venus/Mars differences and I'd love to let him know to be on his best behavior on June 8th or his wife will get the best of him! ;) :D
