Just go to the "Forum Jump" near the bottom of the page and you just click on wherever you want to go:p

Actually this is the Cat General Board. To get to Pet General either use the "Forum Jump" box at the bottom of this page (click on the drop-down arrow to pick the forum you want to jump to) or you can click on the "Pet Talk" link up above which will take you to a page that lists all the forums and you can pick one from there.
