Pouncer's feeling much better lately. He's been venturing out of his hidey hole and actually tried to play last night. For the first time since he fell, he sat with Allen and got groomed:

Sigh.... life is good.

What cute, contented kitties! They are almost in the yin yang position in the chair. That would make a cute signature.

I am so glad for you that we now have some peacful and calm pictures!! Kim, you poor thing. Those "Bad Boy's" have put you through the wringer here lately!!

Sleeping and snuggling ever so peacfully just as if life has been boring as all get out here lately. It's a good thing you guys are so darn cute!!!http://petoftheday.com/talk/images/our_smilies/biggrin.gif

Is Pouncers paw ok now? Does he limp? It is hard to tell in the pictures but it doesn't seem to bother him.

I've been trying to get pictures of them in the elusive yin-yang position.... every time they're in in, the camera's not around!

CCL: His paw doesn't seem to be bothering him. He doesn't limp and has been jumping. He wanted to play last night, but as soon as he tried to pounce on the blankets he stopped - I could tell it was hurtful (hubby was playing "find the toe under the blanket" and he REALLY wanted to play.) He doesn't like me to look at it, mainly because I tend to try and put some pressure on it to see what's going on under the skin. I don't see any swelling or signs of infection. The toe nail seems to have retracted into the paw, and I'm taking it as a sign that its healing -- before it was always extended even when it should have been retracted. He's managed to lick the vein down to nothing outside the skin.

So glad all seems well with that toe. Poor baby but POOR MAMA! What a day that was and how stress we get when something has happened to one of our "furkids"! (Aren't they so lucky to have someone to worry about them like that? But I bet they wish we wouldn't worry so much!!).... A "Ho Hum", what was all the fuss about look?
