Lady Victoria Rose...*Tori*

Here are a few pics of our new little girl. Her name is Tori. It is so hard to get pics of her alone. Tori and Katie are always together and alot of the times we have to crate them so they will relax and take a nap. So far everything is going well and we are keeping our fingers crossed that it stays that way.

She's so adorable!!!!! I hope we get to meet her and Katie in May!!

Tori is such a wonderful name, and it's so great that her and Katie are so inseperable. Hopefully their bond will stay so great!! :D

Thanks everyone! The pups seem to be doing great. Alden had the day off today and he said they finally calmed down for a little while. We figured it had to happen pretty soon. They have been running non-stop since Tori has been here. Drives ya crazy!!! Tori went in her crate and passed out and Katie left her alone and slept in the living room. Alden said they slept most of the day until I got home. I think it is great that Tori has already taken to her crate and goes there to rest. When I came home work played for awhile and then they both ate and went out for a bit and then when they came back in Tori went straight to her crate and fell asleep. Katie curled up with us in the living room and we actually got to watch a movie in peace and then Tori finally came trotting in and gave me a big ol lick. She is sooooo cuuuttteee!!!!!

Yes, we are hoping to make it to the dog park at the end of May! I'm going to go ahead and put in a request for that day off this weekend. Give my boss plenty of notice. Are you coming also, Val? Wow, that would really be something! I can't wait to meet Kay and her furkids too. I am hoping that Katie was just having a bad day the last time and all goes well this time. I also wanted to check with the other findlay pet talkers and see if they thought if would be alright to bring her. I don't want to upset anyone.

I was showing Alden pics of Nebo last night and he couldn't believe how much they looked alike. He thinks Nebo is stunning. Of course I always have thought that! Never ever did I think I would have one myself. Alden loves the pics where Nebo is jumping over the pole for agility. I searched for some puppy pics of him but couldn't seem to find them.

OH AMY.....Could you please post some baby pics of Nebo and lots of new ones also :D PLeeeaassee!

OMG!!! All these puppy pics! I am in puppy heaven. Roxey, Nebo and Tori all seem to have similar masks. Don't you guys think so? Gosh, they are beautiful! Do their colors seem to get lighter or darker as they get older or does it just vary from dog to dog?

Yes all 3 do have very similar masks! The only real differences I've noticed between Tori and Nebo is that Nebo was darker as a pup and he had a bit more dark under his eyes. Their masks will change as they age, Nebo's has lost most of the dark around his eyes.

Nebo is a color changing dog. His coat is pretty dark (like he was as a pup) in the winter and it gets quite lighter (almost like the color Tori is now) in the summer. :)

I know their masks usually end up fading quite a bit. Remember Star at the park, she looked very similar to Roxey but her mask was almost completly gone. Her mom said it was much like Roxey's when she was younger (Star is 7 now).
Roxey's color on her fur seems to change just when she's shedding her winter coat.
But I will tell you one thing, her nose is ever changing! Sometimes is just as black as coal other times it has the big stripe down it! Just can't figure out what causes it!
