Saturday, my mom was up at my aunt's working outside again. This time she only brought Dazzi since she knew the boys were going to the park on Sunday. I took mine over to play, but it seems they found it more fun to lay in the dirt....

You really don't need a plow with those guys around. Just put them out there, Amy, and they will do the digging for you!

Cute!!!!!

The digging they were willing to do. Moving the dirt to the other side of the yard was another thing! Not much help from them!

What cute puppers, even in the dirt!

What breed[s] is Dazzi?
She's so pretty.

Dazzi is a golden retriever mix. I think when my mom got her she was told she had daushund in her, but I doubt that. I think maybe spaniel...she sorta has a cocker's ears.

Yes, I was told she was daschund and golden retriever by the guy who gave her to me. However, the vet papers say golden retriever/spaniel. I think he thought the longer, thinner (than a golden's) plus the fluffly tail made her look like part long-haired daschund. She is a very pretty dog and very well trained (not by me but before I got her). Her only "fault" is that I can't always trust her around other dogs. There seems to be no rhyme or reason about what dog she will attack. The vet says the other dogs are giving off some kind of vibe we aren't picking up but she is. She is very protective of her pups (Taggert and Snoopy) and doesn't like any other dog being too rough with them.

I love her very much though and although I have had a lot of offers of people wanting her, I just couldn't give her up. Now if anyone would want Taggert.......

Well, I suppose you are both right but I have to say that Taggert is the stubbornest, most aggravating of all five. He must have been sent to me to test my patience - and I think I have NONE! But then he comes up and plops down in front of me like here I am, pet me, it's my due, what can I do? And looks at me through those tufts of hair and I know you are right, I would miss the silly boy!

She is lying. I tried to take Taggert from her before we got Spot and she would not give him to me! If she wouldn't give him up to her favorite daughter living in Ohio, how could she give him to anyone else?

It is a good thing she didn't cause I know Ralph wouldn't have gone for 4 and Spot needed us more then Taggert did
