Any suggestions with Sarah's eyes?

Sarah's eyes water constantly. They have ever since I got her. The vet suggested that it was probably from all the urine in that house. Her ducts are probably damaged.

But I'm also reading that it can be allergies. And it seems like they get worse when she's outside. Does anyone's dogs have allergies? Do you think that could be it?

What else can I do to help Sarah?

Otis has allergies, but his eyes do not water. They get slime in them, and that is why he has poor vision.

Ask your veteranarian for some eye drops.
