Sweet Annie Update....

I have pinched some of Jen's photos to give you an update on our Annie girl :D

Isn't she just beautiful and look at that happy tail !!!

Annie had her blood taken on her second vet appointment on 12th April, to be sent on to check for a tilter level.

Fingers crossed we should get her blood results back around 24th May. If the results are good we will book her plane ticket :D

If it is bad test result we need to give her the rabies shot again and retest :(

Cute stuff Sweet Annie is! I'm curious...what is the titer checking for? Hopefully not FIP as it's such an inconclusive test. It only detects the presence of a corona virus, which the common kitty cold is a member of the same corona group.

Don't worry, the test is for nothing bad. :D

The tilter test is to check her rabies injection gave her protection against rabies.

It is part of the stuff she has to be tested for so we can get Annie shipped to the UK from USA. As we are rabies free the process is long and complex :D

Annie is a cutie and she has a monkey tail! The 4th is also the birthday of a friend of mine who died last year. He was an artist and a very friendly man and so it must be a very good day:D
