How do you get it to say friends only when you make it only 'friends' allowed to veiw a post on lj?

Like you know when someone posts something, but they make the security 'Friends only' so the other people who aren't their 'friends' see Friends only as a post, instead of their post..

Ahh, im i explaining it right?

All you have to do is make an entry saying "Friends Only", make that one public, then make every post after that friends only.
