Just though I'd let you all know that my grievance is now final. I got one day's pay back of my two and a half day suspension. Also, if I don't get into any other confrontations for one year, they'll remove my final warning for termination and everything else from my records.
As far as that @#$&*($ goes, I was told he would be forced to transfer. Three months passed, and he's still here. Well, I just found out why.
Hehe...Apparently, he made quite the name for himself. The management and union had a heck of a time finding another office that was willing to take him. Everywhere that they tried to place him, the folks refused to have him. They finally worked out something, so he's going to be gone within the next few days.
