Friday I went in for a group interview at PetSmart and today they called me back saying they had an opening for a cashier and asked me to go back for a second interview. So I'm going in tomorrow at 10 a.m. for my interview! I hope I get the job, I'll still be pet-sitting, but I really need a second job right now.

Good luck!!! I applied to PetSmart 3 times and never got the job!! I was told after the LAST interview that my references and experience was excellent. I guess my hair wasn't pink enough and I didn't have enough tattoos and piercings. :( And I walked out of the interview feeling REALLY good!

Laura, not receiving calls happens a lot. Maybe the recruiting person was stuck in a meeting, they're waiting sign-off from someone else, or got sick and wasn't at work today etc. I hope you get a call soon. If not, I'd give them a follow-up call Friday afternoon or Monday morning to get an update.

Nevermind, I know how hard it can be looking for work and how depressed you can feel when you don't get the job that you had really pinned your hopes on. It's true what they say though, there are always other opportunities around the corner! Now, go and give your adorable babies a biiiiiiig hug! :)
