Well, when we walked out of the Chihuly Art Exhibit and started walking to our car....what did I see up ahead on the sidewalk in front of us....DOGGIES!!!!! Well, you know I just had to go over and see them. I asked my mom and sister if they thought it would be alright if I asked the couple with the 2 dogs if I could take a few pics. Of course they thought I was crazy...lol...but said go ahead will just keep on walking and act like we don't know you...hehehe. Well, the couple was very nice and said no problem. They were so cute. They were a little excited so I couldn't get very good pics...but they are good enough.

This is for Pam and Par....as one is a standard poodle and the other is a cairn terrier. Cute, Cute, Cute!!

Sorry I didn't get better pics or more of them, but I didn't want the people to think I was a complete idiot...hehehe

Oh what a cute Cairny!!! and it sure enough looks like his tail is wagging in the first 2 pics.:) I just love their lil' personalities. That's one gorgeous poodle too.

Can't believe you asked'em to take the pics. I'd probably been following them around, using my zoom, trying to look inconspicious. ;)

I think his tail was wagging the whole time. If I remember right they said his name was Buddy and he was 6 months old. He seemed like such a happy little guy. They said that he absolutely loves the poodle who is their friends dog. The friend was inside checking out the exhibit real quick. He came back out and thats him holding his poodle. I don't think I got the poodles name.

Use my zoom..nah...that wouldn't embarrass my family...hehehe. I just told them I'm a huge dog lover and asked if I could take some pics. Everyone was really nice, humans and furkids!

My family always teases me and say that I am obsessed with dogs and Pet Talk....lol...TRUE!!!!......LOL. If I see a dog I always have to point it out.

What cute pictures Robin!! They both so happy! ( Although I'm not sure how thrilled the poodle is about being held:) )

I found have done the sneak attack too...ok, I have...here is a dog pic I took in Florida last summer, making it look like I was taking a picture of our some of the people in our dance group.

Robin thank you for snapping these! They are adorable! :) My brother used to have a cairn terrier and of course I had my sweet Whitney (black standard) both of which are now at the RB, so this was a nice 'trip back in time.' My that is one strong man! Bella weighs 40 lbs. and occasionally I will have to lift her into the tub and it's no piece of cake for me, but then I am a weakling! LOL! And some standards can grow to 60-65 lbs. (males). Thankfully Bella didn't! LOL! I think I would be direct about asking for pictures. It's probably easier to get good ones that way. I also think the owner probably feels honored that you admired their dogs that much.

Beautiful pupsters!!!!

I asked one of our neighbors once if I could take some pictures of their dogs--they looked at my like I had 3 heads, but they said ok.
I ran into a girl at Petco one day with a Shiba Inu puppy--she really thought I was a nut for taking pictures!!!

But you're just like me--I see a certain breed, and I'm like "oh, gotta get a picture for --instert pettalkers name here--!!"
