How long should I wait for an e-mail reply?

I sent an email to an animal rights orginization (see this thread (http://petoftheday.com/talk/showthread.php?s=&threadid=44847) for more info) over a week ago, and I have yet to get a reply. How long should I wait before I send another one? I don't want to be rude and send it twice, but if they never got it...

maybe wait a couple more days, maybe they'll get around to it on monday. i sent an email to a horse organization and they never replyed so i sent another and they finally replied to the third one:rolleyes:

Yeah that's true G.P.girl, they probably wouldn't reply on the weekends. I'll wait a couple of days before writing again.
