I Did It!!!!!

THE DUCKS HAVE A HOME A HOME A HOME!!! LA LA LA!!!

They are going to a horse rescue, we are going to pick them up tonight and they might spend a night or two in our kitchen! Then we will send them on over to the farm where they will live in a barn!!! I'M SO HAPPY! It's down to the wire because they needed to be rescued TONIGHT. I only had a few hours and I DID IT!!

I can't beleave it!!! AHHHH!! I'll post pics when I get them!!!

They are here and boy are they SWEETIES!! They will just sit there when you hold them!!! ::hugs:: I named one of them Freedom, but since you can't tell them apart, expet for there personlities, I won't be able to tell you who is who!

Such a natural duck thing that these babies were deprived, it brought tears to my eyes. I had to put water on them for them to relize what it was and once they did they had a BLAST!

I won't have them long enough for them to be that freindly :p they don't even like me walking into THERE room :D They are cute though! and I just love them! I wish I could keep them, but my mean old dad won't let me ::crys:: But they are going to wonderful place till they find a permanit home. :)

We are having fun though! :D

When we were kids, my brother would choose the smalest chick or duck and feed it with flies. He would kill a fly with this special thing for killing flies (I have no idea if it has a name in Romanian, so, of course, I don't know the name in English :) ). Then call the duck or the chick. After a while, all of them knew that this sound *PLIOSK* meant that my brother has a snack for them :D. Of course, after eating so many flies, they were growing the biggest :)

Oh Ash, they look soooo happy in that water. It makes me so sad to think they've never even seen water like that in their lives. :( I bet they felt sooo good and sooo refreshed after their bath.

Great job on rescuing them and finding them a good home! :D

Two saved! What breed of ducks are they? Thanks for sharing pictures, rescuing these babies, and even sharing your bathtub. Pssst - tie a string around one of their legs - then you can tell them apart!

They are at the rescue. They have a home to go to on TUESDAY!! A PERMANIT ONE!!! YAY!!!!!

I'm going to be rescueing at this rescue to!!!! :D I can't wait!!! I go next saturday and start!! It's a horse rescue so I'll be working with horses, but it will be TONS of fun!!!
