still having computer trouble

I am still not able to use the internet from my home computer. Actually I am able to get on the internet, but not my ISP. That page says "cannot be found". This all happened after I did a virus scan.

Has anyone else had trouble with adware? One time I had 47 or 48 on mine.

I can still use my computer, even though not the internet. I have played more Hearts lately then I ever have.

what kind of modem do you use ???????????or is it dail up?????

the reason i ask is i have a cable modem that goes out quite often i call the cable company and they say the same unplug the device then plug it back in:rolleyes:

what ever type it is you need to call your service and raise cain.good luck :)
