Funny thing is that my girls often sleep in the same position when they're sharing their blanket, just as if they're imitating each other! :)

It's also interesting to see how different their fur patterns are! Ususally they look so alike but side-by-side that's not the case.

They are so cute together - velcro kitties! I love to see that - when two kitties are so attached. I wonder who imitates who??? Yes, side by side shows Lily as very tiny. Luna does not really seem too "fluffy" though. Is she overweight? The two meatloves are adorable:D

I noticed that, too! Lily has about twice the stripes of Luna. I'm not sure if I've ever seen a cat with stripes that fine and close together. So pretty!

Luna is obviously doing a great job of "raising" Lily, and Lily is just as obviously a happy and willing student! They're so sweet. Every time I see your girls together, I want to run out and adopt a buddy for Rizzo.

Lily is the copy cat! :) Luna is always the one who's laying down first, and Lily wants to be with her. Luna must be some kind of role model to Lily, she really adores her! :)

Another thing is pretty obvious. Except for the first picture, you'll see that Lily always has Luna covering her back. I think this might give her the feeling of being protected. BTW, she already slept like this with her brother as a baby:

Yes, their markings are very different. Lily's stripes are so close that as a kitten, her back appeared to be completely black.

And yes, sirrahbed, unfortunately, Luna is overweight. The i/d diet she had to eat recently made it even worse. She needs to get the r/d diet as soon as her bowels have recovered. :(
