Everyone, I would like you to welcome PATRICK POSSUM to Pet Talk! I took these pictures of Patrick about 10 minutes ago.

First, Pat waddled his/her way under the baby pine tree and laid there:

Pat decided he/she would rather be IN the pine tree instead:

Pat really wasn't to fond of a shiny silver box being pointed in his/her direction, so Pat decided to sit in the tree with his/her mouth open to warn that weird box thing to go away!:

I shoved a hot dog in the tree infront of Patrick, and Pat smelled it, and I walked away. Not sure if Pat ate the hot dog yet...Pat is still sitting in the tree in my backyard....

So, that's my new wild friend Patrick. :D

P.S. Pat, you do know that it is daytime right!? I understand why you are out and about today, it's 50 degrees out, I can't blame you Pat, this Wisconsin winter is nice!!!:p

OMG!!! What great pics! Patrick is spectacular! How did you get so close???:eek: I love his ferocious face:D Any hot dog updates?;)

I ate the hot dog. :D Just kidding. It is laying under the tree, Pat left and didn't eat it. LOL.

I zoomed in really close and held my arms way out. :D

Hey, we have a Patrick that comes at night to eat with the raccoons! He's kind of shy but we make sure he gets some food. Great pics!

OHhhh I love him!

We used to have a 'possum that hung around my grandma's. We called her Ophilia. :)
