She didn't have to do anything - I did! (Actually, I've collected Mardi Gras stuff many times over the years while attending the more sedate festivities, and bought whatever caught my fancy too.)

They celebrate Fasching here in Germany. It is like Mardi Gras, or so I was told. Andrew has pictures. I will try and upload some.
