Dearest Eddie,

Please accept my sincerest apologies... I am so late in responding to you! As you see, I had to beg my mommy to let me have a turn on the computer:

(I encouraged her to hurry by nipping her jacket strings!)

Though unable to communicate, I did think of you constantly - I promise! I even enlisted my little brother to help me find the purrfect valentine's gift for you:

He dug into a couple of magazines (literally!)...

...and together we decided upon the purrfect present.

Now, I just have to figure out how to wrap it!

Please don't be uppieset -- I didn't forget you!

Purrs and Headbumpies,
Kissiekat K'Cee

PS My mommy bought me some absolutely DIVINE(!) purrfume for Valentine's day. I hope you like it too!

I'm sure Eddie will be thrilled with his gift, but even more thrilled that you thought enough of him to send it - kitty love is just so sweet. :D

I did notice in your second pic, K'Cee, that you have your sleeves rolled up, just like Eddie! It's remarkable how alike you two are, you're just a little "softer" which is so appropriate. What a perfect couple.

I just hope Edwina is ok with all this, but she might just be preoccupied and deliriously happy with Fister that she will be glad to share the love and be happy for you and Eddie. :D

Dear K'Cee,

What a thrill! When I talked to HH about you I must have misunderstood. I thought she said she was going to ship me in a box to you! Now I know she said you were going to ship a box to me.....A Valentine Box filled with mices!

You are so lucky to have a brother with whom to play, although I must say he is a most unusual looking cat... such long ears. But, I also see he has big feet like me...:D

Thank you sweet KissieKat and a very belated Happy Valentine's Day to you ....(should I make that Happy President's Day????...I get sooooooo confused about all these holidays!)

Elatedly,

Don Eddie

Dear Eddie -

My brother and I are still consulting on exactly how to wrap your present.
(Opposable thumbs would come in handy right now.)

The largest hurdle thus far is that neither one of us likes the way tape sticks to our fur.

Unfortunately, we might have to enlist THE NOSE to help us.
Nothing (aside from those killer chihuahuas, teacup poodles, and well... anything smaller than she) bothers her. She even eats her treats on the first try, whereas I make grandpaw purr-suade me to eat it.

If she is reluctant, I'm sure a good swift swat on the butt will help change her mind.
*mumbles*The big sissy!

My mom said I might get a b-a-t-h today. I asked her if I would like that and if it tasted like burstday cake. She promised me I'd love it. (Do you know if they have lie detector kits at PetSmart?) And it was either a good brushing or a b-a-t-h. Still hoping it is similar to burstday cake, I opted for the b-a-t-h.

Darling, I must go look for a tape substitute.

All my heart (and meeces!),

PS Please ignore the one slightly chewed, slightly drooled on mouse -- I couldn't resist! :o

PPS If Edwina said she'd box you up, what are you waiting for?!

(just gotta jump in here and say I don't know if it's the perspective of that first picture or what, but Piper looks downright HUGE and K'Cee looks rather small. Is Piper really bigger than K'Cee?)

It's the perspective but they are *VERY* close in size! K'Cee's longer and just a tad taller than Piper. They weigh about the same; I think K'Cee is about 11lbs and Piper 10lbs. I'll try to get a side-by-side pic later tonight. :)

Eddies has one of the prettiest PT girls as his Valentine! K'Cee, you don't need tape... you can use twine or rope to keep the package closed. Its a lot of fun to play with too!
