Who would stop to take photos of a dog in obvious distress?

That was my thought as well, but they could have already
called someone to help the pup & just taken the pictures
because they carried a camera.

I do hope it's not a joke. The selling of a sick/neglected cat
on e-bay is enough sick humor for one day.:(

I do believe this is true. People who post this on forum is the people who is taking care of this dog. Not only he, but also a group people who are in another forum are tring their best to help this dog. What they want is just to see that this dog can recover. A lot of people denote for her medical bill and take care of her. We can see very lasted updated information in other forum, which is forcusing on helping romar dogs and cats finding new homes and treating romar dogs and cats on any possible disease or disability. They are not a formal or offical organization, but they try their best to help those animals spontaneous.

I can not help her in person, but ZaiZai who post this thread is helping her right now. This dog¡¯s spinal column was broken, So although her tail and rear legs have a little response, she can not evacuate by herself. After several days treatment, she can pee by herself, but not shit. This is the major issue on her body and future. All her future depends on whether she can evacuate herself. People wish that she can take this miracle. Actually, ZaiZai took her to visit veterinarians, and veterinarians said that they can not do operation for her since this is a spinal column broken or misconnection. The veterinarian is using conservative treatment for her. Actually, once she can pee and shit by herself, although she is disable, she can keep her life. From the photos, we all can see that she wants to be living, and it is very clearly and strongly on her face. Let¡¯s try our best to help her, Thanks.
PS Nobody says that she or he will keep her. Normally, after her recovery, people will find a adopter for her, and try to find a loving family for her.

Thanks Huacao for the updates on Xaio Xin, she really looks like she is doing really well now except for her cold. I hope she is well of that soon.

That's wonderful that she can crawl like that. I hope she gets all better soon! It's so great that you were able to help her.

It is a so exciting picture that Xiao xin can stand by herself for as long as more than 15 seconds.

This is truly wonderful.:) I'm so happy for you & for this
sweet dog. She is actually supporting her own weight.:)

Can you tell us what kind of therapy she has been getting?

Congratulations, she seems much stronger. I like the caption
on one of the pictures that says..".She must laugh loudly and proudly in her heart " I'll bet she does. :D

Oh what a joy to see her standing!! How exciting! She is one blessed blessed pup to have you and Zai Zai. I can't believe the change, from that first heartbreaking picture of when she was found, to now.

Thank you so much for all you are doing, and for keeping us updated. My heart goes out to Xiao Xin.

:D :D :D I'm so happy she's able to stand on her own!!!

What will happen to her once she's fully recovered? Will she live with you or ZaiZai? Or will you find a good home for her with someone else?

Yay for Xiao xin!

We are looking for adopter for her all over the world. We wish that we can find a loving owner for her. Xiao xin needs her owner to take care of her life and her rocovery, so we hope that her owner should have more patient and love instead of making a fun. I know that it is very easy to bring pet to north america and Europe, but it quite difficult to bring pet to Australia and New Zealand.

This picture is so cute. Priceless.

It's been awhile since I posted in here and I can't believe how little Xiao Xin has come along. I had tears in my eyes just looking at all the pictures of her and reading all the posts. This little girl is such a fighter. She has come a long way.
I salute you Zai Zai and huacao for rescuing this precious little dog and caring so much for her.
To see her standing on her own is so heartwarming.
I hope and pray that she has a full and complete recovery.
We have all fallen in love with this little angel.
Congratulations to the two of you on a job well done.

Xiao xin will leave hospital after one more week. We are looking for temporary family and permenant family for her right now. After she leaving hospital, there would be 6 fosterage families taking care of her temporarily. Xiao xin will stay in each family for 2 weeks by turns until finding her permenant family.
