None of mine are on there!!http://petoftheday.com/talk/images/our_smilies/frown.gif I guess they don't have popular names.
On second thought I guess that means they are original!!http://petoftheday.com/talk/images/our_smilies/biggrin.gif

Me neither, I consider my Ash and Lexie to have unique names specially chosen to their personalitys and looks,so that is what matters, besides I always liked to have something different, I remember thinking Lexie was quite different, and low and behold I first tuned into PT,and who was cat of the day but a white kitty called you guessed it Lexie, oh well she seems to be the only other one here.:)

I like that my cat's names are a little unique and not the most popular. Although I do think Jazz is becoming more popular.

Everyone thinks all my cats are male but only Ripley is. Jazz and Scout are girls.:D

No Mimi, No Butter! That just tells me that my kitties are as unique as I thought they were!!! :)

Mine are not listed either, but I know there are many Lilys and Lunas in the feline world... :)

I know many cats with the name Cleo. :)

BTW, I don't know what the most popular German cat names are, but I'm glad that the times are over when every second cat was called Mohrle or Peter! ;)

I like the unique names of my kitties! However, Emily was originally Lucy when we adopted her. Then again, my daughter has a VERY popular kitty name ;)

That was interesting, Carole!!

OMG! Allen was almost a Tiger or Tigger! I fought tooth and nail not to have him that... I was nearly out-voted - 4 to 1! I was THAT adamant about Tiget/Tigger being so... common. So instead we named him after a gun-weilding basketball player. Go figure.

I was right :D :D :D

Mine are not on there.:D

I think that is good it means there names are at least kind of unique.

I know that Corkscrew is a very unique name, and Tibby isn't as unique but I know there aren't very many Tibby's around. My RB kitty Zasper was unique since i made up the name.

Nipo is not on there...yay for pet names in languages other than English!

*Unique* kitties like my Nipo are deserving of *unique* names. ;)

P.S. We have a Misty on PT!

Well, I can say none of mine are on there either. And I have lots of cats. And here at the house with visiting cats and kittens that have names there are 24 felines with names and none are on the list. That just shows you how popular they are!!!!!

Two of my RB kitties names are on the list; Shadow and Cleo. Cleo's name was short for Cleophus and not Cleopatra

Well, no Perspicacity, Sassafras, or Olivia d'Flufferuni on the list. I did have a Sylvester growing up though, and a Boots. I know a LOT of cats named Oliver, wonder if that names in the top 20?

Like Jen and many of you, I always try to get unique names .... I have a tendency towards using people names!
However, after 50 or so cats, my creativity ran out!!! Casper was a "given" being all white, and Angel .... well, that's what she IS! :D

Edward wants to know why his nickname, "GET OFF OF THERE" isn't on the list.

Stubby's name isn't there, or Grover's name either. I used to have a cat name Henry, Mitzibell, Lover, Simon and Pyewackett. Probably more that I just can't remember.
