I have been sitting here for quite a while, up to my ears in paperwork, trying to file an amendment form for my taxes (forgot that I worked last year too). SO apparently Boomer was feeling a bit jilted because all of my attention was focused on something other than him:rolleyes: I got up to grab a drink and this is what I came back to:

:D :D :D Now, I'm not a mind reader, but I don't think he looks too happy about those tax documents that he's sitting on:rolleyes: :D

I don't know, but I think you're doing a pretty good job of reading his mind at this point. He most certainly does not look happy, but then again, not too many people (or kitties too it seems) are happy when it comes to taxes. ;)

Cute picture. :D

I think he's just checking it over for you, to see if you included him as a deduction!! He's trying to save Mommy some money ... smart kitty!!! :D

Body language is a pretty obviuos key to his emotions right now. Nobody could possibly mis-read "don't you dare touch another paper!"

What a priceless picture

I see a face that is heavy with concentration! He is double checking your work for you so you can spend the rest of your day with him!http://petoftheday.com/talk/images/our_smilies/biggrin.gif
You may have a side line business going there. You could post this picture and call it HR BOOMER taxes done while you nap with a promise that you will be purring when you leave!!

I know that cats can read anything with their back end but that they also know when they read tax documents surprises me:eek:

But Boomer's ears tell he knows what he's reading:D

maybe he's wondering why he isn't listed as a dependant?

I think he's checking how much cat food you bought last year - he looks quite surprized that it's not deductable.

I know that pose I have 2 black kitties trying to help me on that project too. I had all the medical bills ready to add , let for the call of nature hear a crash. Oh ya an hours worth of work on the floor with 2 cats trying to tell me a mouse was under it. Both went out side for a while, both sitting watching me from the window. (what a time for my camera to be down.) Some help they are.

Actually Boomer saw how much you are paying in taxes and it upset that you do not get to spend it on him.:)

I think you have a kitty who is really a tax revolutionary.;)

When I used to do my taxes by hand Mobius and Diamond had to "audit" my work, make sure I didn't make any mistakes, and make sure the piles of paper were not too orderly.:D

lol! I'm glad to hear that Boomer isn't the only kitty who helps out with the taxes:D It would be nice if we could claim our kitties as deductions! We have to support them, right?:):):) Hmm too bad the IRS doesn't see it that way:D
