Off on vacation - again!

I'll be away for a week, starting tomorrow.

It is currently a religious holiday called Eid here, and everything is closed, my hubby is off work and the kids don't have school, so we have decuided to see some of the region whilst we are here.

We will be spending 4 days in Muscat (Oman), and 2 days in Dubai on the way back (we fly via Dubai anyway). I have heard that the scenery and weather are beautiful in Oman, and one evening we will go out into the desert to a large tent, and have a traditional arabic meal, complete with shisha (hubbly-bubbly) and Belly Dancers!!

I'll tell you about it when I get back.
