The twin's story also involves RB Ernie.
RB Ernie (1986-2003)died in his sleep after living with us for 17 years.

Baby daughter (Missy-Sirrahsim) was about to be married. We were empty nested and no cats. We decided to adopt another adult cat for companionship and to nurture. Well, never dreamed we would come home with a KITTEN, let alone TWO. I had never even had a kitten before! But, there in the cage were two tiny furballs looking up at us and then trying to get to us. Hubby held one and I held the other and BOTH snuggled down like they lived in our arms. Emily licked my hand with that tiny tongue! The *catch* was that they had to be adopted as pair because when they were fostered separately, Eliot's foster mom said he was very despondant without his sister. So far, nobody had wanted two kittens and all the other siblings were gone. Sooo..we filled out the paperwork and waited for approval. They came home with us the day before the wedding and have made the house full of laughing babies again!! They just reached their first birthday this month:)
Eliot and Emily at about 12 weeks of age...

Great story. I have found that brother/sister pairs are wonderful. I have a brother/sister pair, Tigger and Tony (RB 1999). I found that Tony was always getting into trouble, while Little Miss Tigger was an angel. Now that her brother is gone, Little Miss Angel has turned into Little Miss TROUBLE!!!!;)

What cute twins! How could you possibly choose one over the other anyway? Just look at them! They are adorable and sounds like they still have that kitten fun in them! Maybe they will encourage Dylan to be more active...maybe...NAAAA!http://petoftheday.com/talk/images/our_smilies/biggrin.gif I would have had to take both of them myself. Such sweet faces. I could not have left one behind.
