I like seeing pets in peoples' avatars, personally, makes it feel like a pet-centered place. Maybe instead of getting everyone to change avatars or signature files, we could have a new "post YOUR picture" thread, that we all could refer to when wondering!

Let's start a new thread in which we can post our photos. Of course nobody has to if he/she doesn't feel comfortable with it. To the others: Come on, don't be shy! :)

The first one shows what I usually look like, it's the newest picture I have, only a couple of weeks old (sorry, poor quality). In the second one you can see how I'm looking at work (When I still had a job): :)

OK, I did the avatar because I did not have a small picture with all three kitties, but I also like seeing the person in the avatar and the kitties in the sig so I can get a better connection with who belongs to whom. :D But I will brave it and post a couple here. The first is what I USUALLY look like. This is the one I put on after the butt bath sequence and is my usual around the house no makeup messy look:p The second one was taken a few days ago after I went out and had a haircut and highlights due to a midlife crisis!! (going to be GRANDMA - yikes!!) It makes me look better than I normally do so of course I like it :D

These Trailer Trash Bingo events are becoming popular. A couple of local lady friends put them on http://www.deepfriedfun.com Costumes are strongly encouraged. If you don't come in a costume, you face being made over by the "Bubba Eye for the Yuppie Guy" makeover team - it's a hoot! :D We have another fun Bingo night coming up at the end of this month. I'm busy on the planning committee - so that's what I'm doing in my "spare" time this month.

I usually wear my hair pulled back because I just have so much of it and its out of control curly. Even with hairspray, I still have frizzies when its pulled back... all those people who wish they had curly hair must be out of their straight-haired heads!

Yes that is Bob. This was one of the first times that we took a nap together. He climbed up on my chest and after a minute just rolled over on to his back. It was so cute.

I just wanted to say how much I have enjoyed this thread - and "meeting" the cat mommies and daddies:D It has been so much fun!! I have also enjoyed seeing the creative avatars and sigs by Kim and others. I have to give it some stars!!

No, I don't think Lily is full grown yet. She'll be 8 months next Friday, so I think she will still grow a bit. But I don't think she will ever be a big cat, Luna was much bigger at that age. Anyway, I don't think you have to worry about your Grover. Some cats are just smaller than others. :)

LOL, I would also love to frame my LotR-posters, but they are HUGE! And I'm still waiting for the third one to be available, there's enough space on that wall for the three of them! :D

It would be nice to see everyone toghter like catnapper said, it's alway nice to be able to but a face with the name. Makes things more personal in a way.

With that said, I think for now I'd want mine not to be added. I know I'm going against what I just said. :o But it was hard enough to put my ugly mug here, at least I know I can hit that delete button any time I get tired of seeing it. I'm just not fond of how I look now days and don't have any good pictures of me as it is. But I still would like to see everyone else. :)

Maybe you can set up a e-mail account where those who want a picture added can send them to you. It might give some a chance to work on a different picture if they like. If you get enough pictures, do it.
