Does anybody have a portable steam cleaner?

I have been watching the info comercials on
steam cleaners like shark and scuncii.
I was wondering if anybody has a steam cleaner
and if they are happy with it.
I have been checking the internet where people
rate them, and it looks like the hand held kind
are not getting very good reviews.

The comercials make it look so easy to clean
the kitchen sinks and tile.

I don't know if this is what you mean but I have a Bissell Pro-Heat steam cleaner for carpets. I have only had it maybe six to eight months or so and have done my carpets twice and LOVE it!! You must be referring to something else though if you are mentioning doing kitchen sinks and tiles. :o

The product I am talking about shoots a
strong pressure of steam, that supposly can remove
the dirt in the ovens, toilets, showers etc. with little
muscle. Just steam, whipe and its clean.
Almost sounds to good to be true, so I was hoping
to see if anybody had one of these products.

nope. it takes eough effort for me to vaccum, much less steam clean:rolleyes: :D

I have the scuncii and I like it a lot. It's great for disenfecting things. I haven't tried everything with it yet that they show in the infomercial. I haven't had it very long.
