Some might remember my heater vent babies. Cali was the one that we keep out of the 3. She is growing up to be one of the oddest cats I think I ever had. We have just falling so much in love with her, even my husband fights me over who gets her. :)

One of her tricks is hiding behind the couch and waiting for you to sit down and then pounces on you. I caught her this time.

Now here's Bunny Butt and Trouble they are the only 2 that Cali puts up with, maybe it's the marking on them that makes her connect more to these 2.

Trouble enjoy the best toys.....a empty box.

Last is our newest member for awhile, we just found her the other day. My husbands says he think I set it up so I could have another callco, but I swear it was just a freak thing. This little guy can't stay, I'm afraid. Sometimes you just have to say enough is enough, we hit our limit on pets for now.

OMG a house full of Calicos!!! I love calico kitties!! I think they are just gorgeous and especially when they have black on their face!! It's a shame the new one can't stay cause he shoud would fit in!! You did say HE didn't you?? Calico's usually aren't males so that would be unusual in itself. :D http://petoftheday.com/talk/images/our_smilies/biggrin.gif

OMG! They're all so cutiful! :D This is my favorite pic as it shows the nice white "drumstick" hanging off the edge: http://www.imagestation.com/picture/sraid95/p939fca9e91344244d4a4a56ffa26d8d0/fa2418d5.jpg
Reminds me of Mitzi - she has white "drumsticks" too :D

PS: What makes Cali so odd? Just curious .... ;)

I would say it is a fate thing !!! How apt that this little calico kitten ended up at your home, even if it is temporary.

What a beautiful calico family :D

What beautiful pictures. I love callco's. There is just something about them. I too am curious...what makes Cali odd???? I also think it was fate that brought that little kitten to you. It is too bad I don't live across the Atlantic because I would tell you to give him/her to me.

Thanks everyone.

What makes Cali odd? Cali has a thing for necks and heads, you can be sitting in a chair and here she comes, jumping on your neck and then climing up to the top of your head. she tries to find a good spot to go to sleep. When the head doesn't work she goes for the neck, gets under your hair, sucks on a strand and falls asleep. Problem is she getting to big to fit on my neck any more, but she doesn't relize it. I can walk around the house with her on my neck for an hour and she is as happy as she can be right there.

When I'm sleeping she has to sleep on my ear, as hard as I try to get her to sleep someplace else on me, she always goes right back to the ear. The purring is a nice sound to fall asleep by, but the wiskers tickle. :)

And don't ever think you are going to leave her in other room, If you walk away where she can't see me this loud meow happens and a speedy run to where I'm at. It's as is she scared to death to be left alone.

I've never had a cat this bonded to me before, they all seem to want their alone time as well as me time, but not Cali, she wants all me time. Like right now she is on my neck, circling my head.

And then there's the pouncing thing, on the couch, chair, under the table and even when I'm taking a shower. You think she learn by now that she gets wet when I'm in the shower.

As for the new little guy, I wish this could be his forever home, buy we have 9 cats now and 8 dogs plus all the other guys around here. I think when you get to 100+ pets it's time to stop. The people around here are already calling me the carzy pet lady. ;) ;) :D

Why is it that cute kittens keep finding you? I want cute kittens to find me too :) Maybe I should look more carefully in my vents and other places around the apartment for random kittens :)

LOL well you could always move out my way, I could use someone to take the load off me finding kittens.

It's country living I guess, with all the redneck that live around me that thinks it's ok to drop of cats in the wood and then I'm the one that finds them. My husbands thinks they know to drop them off here, knowing I'll take care of them.
