I thought I would post some pictures of the kitties that I took over the holiday. However, as you will see I do have an ulterior motive.

First I would like to ask for a small prayer for Joey agian. She started to throw up again on Christmas eve and and has periodically through this morning. Good news is that she has not thrown up again at all today(Saturday). I went to the 24 hour clicnic and got more ID food and started to feed her that Christmas day. I also switched out the dry diet food that we have out because of Bob and replaced it with I/D. I did that today and I am hoping that is the reason that she threw up earlier.

I talked to the vet and since she has not had any diaherra and she is still eating we will keep her at home and feed her pepcid once a day and the doctor gave me some more anti-inflammatories that Joey had after her Thanksgiving episode. I checked her for dehydration and the skin on the back of her neck is still snapping back into place quickly. So I think that she is still drinking enough.

We will continue to keep on eye on her and hope for the best. I am thinking that this time she did get into something that I just can't find. However, a few extra prayers from all of you never hurt anything.:) Thank you.

Enough of this, onto the pictures.

Here is Bob all tucked in on Christmas eve hoping that Santa will bring him lots of treats:

Here we have Bob relaxing next to the tree, hoping for presents. He did get one but one of the pieces was missing we need to take it back and exchange it.

Next, we have Bob back in his place after all of the presents were removed from under the tree. He is a very happy kitty again. He did complain when it filled up and there was no more room for the Bob:

Good pictures! Your kitties are so cuddley.

This is what I always do to my son when he is getting sick. It makes him laugh so hard that it cures him, so I am going to try it...

Joey! If you throw up or cough one more time, I'm going to ground you! There is no throwing up allowed around here! You better stop it right this instant, bad kitty!

(I'll pray for Joey too in case that doesn't work.)

;)

Can Joey get any more relaxed.

Now, I hope and pray that Joey is just having a little setback and that you don't have to bring her into the hospital again.
I hope the new food is just all that she needs. Come on baby girl, now you stay well okay.:D

I still have to admit that I can't tell them apart without captions.:o

(but, this will show how bad I am, I have a grooming customer who I've groomed for 10 years who has 2 female white toy poodles, and I STILL can't tell them apart!)

but that's another story ;)

Hope Joey is just having a bit too much Christmas and is not serioulsly sick.

Really hope that Joey is not sick again - maybe just stressful holidays?? LOVE the synchronized relaxing:D That last one was the best! I think it is so funny when the kitties end up in almost the exact positions.

Thanks for all of the great comments on the pictures. I have told both of them and they say meow, purrrrrrr.:)

Lut, I think that we should start a kitty olympics. We could have games like heavyest sleeper and best groomer. Then of course for multiple cat households there is always the synchronised games.;) Thanks for the pics of your two.:)

Jen, don't feel two bad, I still get them mixed up in pictures all the time. To be honest I get them mixed up when I see them.

Also, I really appreacite the prayers and positives thoughts. Also, thank you to Tonya, for her line that she uses on her son.:) All of it may have worked.

Joey has not thrown up since Saturday morning and she is still drinking and eating normally. I am still going to feed her pepcid for a couple of days and give her the meds that the doctor gave her. However, I am hoping that we are over the rough part. If that is it, I am going to write it up to something that she got into. I looked again and I still can't find anything, but I still think that is it. I guess I am still hyper sensitive to her getting sick after Thanksgiving.

OK so I'm a bit late with my entries into the Synchronization olympics - just got a bit lazy on my vacation and finally uploaded the pics. Here are my two synchronized sleepers -- This is the first time I've caught them this close and this synchronized! It's so cute! A pair of perfectly round (VERY round! )tortellini! :D
