Aren't kittens wonderful? It has been so long since Mimi was a baby (11 years)and she certainly won't tolerate another one while she's around.
I think Top Dog is precious. You may have a trouble-maker in the wings. He sounds like a very busy kitty. http://PetoftheDay.com/talk/smile.gif

To say that Top Dog is cute is an understatement...but I guess the same goes for ALL kittens. My mom once said that if she has one regret, it's that kittens are kittens for only a SHORT time; us humans I believe would like to enjoy kittenhood a little longer. It's so adorable to watch them scoot across the floor or countertop on their short legs with their little bodies, acting all hyper and energetic. (Even cuter when they clumsily wrestle with each other. Now I wish I'd videotaped my kitties when they were little!

That's a great idea, to videotape one's kitten so that when it is a full grown cat you can still enjoy its kitten-ness. I adopted my cat when she was already almost two years old, and I have often tried to imagine what she would have looked like and how she would have acted when she was a wee little one. I'm sorry that I missed my Saima's kittenhood, but it's okay--I love her a lot as an adult anyway!

I have videotapes of my sweetie, Andy, when he was a kitten. My son-in-law took them for me and I never realized how special they would be. Andy is 4 yrs. old now. Those tapes are priceless to me. He weighed 1 lb. when we got him, and we have on tape the early interaction between him and Trevor (my other cat who was 3 yrs. old at the time). It's a shame I don't have videotapes of my children but I am thankful that I have my "little boy" on tape. http://PetoftheDay.com/talk/biggrin.gif
