Wow, that's nuts lol. I am among the 13.9% richest in the world. In Canada, we are considered in poverty. My mom only makes seven thousand dollars a year with her current job. Last year she was unemployed and only made $400, and that was plus welfare for a while! Luckily my brother's dad pays child support.

That's crazy.

The hourly figure was quite a surprise for me, too. I wonder if they assume we're only working half time or something? :rolleyes: :p

Maybe it uses a shorter working week as the standard? Mine was a bit out as well.

I first entered my salary in Aussie dollars and it put me way up there, then I realised I had to convert into US dollars. Hmm, that's more realistic!
